These terms govern merchant and user access to our SaaS platform and social page integrations.

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account, connecting Facebook Pages or Instagram Business Accounts, or using our automated messaging features, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Permitted Social Integration Usage

Rules regarding Meta Developer Policy compliance

Merchants must possess legitimate administrative authorization to connect target Facebook Pages or Instagram Accounts.
Automated AI bot responses must be truthful, non-deceptive, and strictly relevant to customer product inquiries.
Merchants agree not to use the automated integration for unsolicited bulk spam or unauthorized marketing messages.

3. Automated AI Assistant Disclaimer

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate customer service replies based on merchant inventory parameters. Merchants maintain final responsibility for order fulfillment, pricing accuracy, and customer resolution.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain high availability standards, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by third-party API outages or network disruptions beyond our control.
